Do you offer recurring schedules?

Yes! Recurring visits are our most popular option. Clients with 3+ recurring walks per week Monday-Friday receive 10% off, and we automatically schedule those visits so you don’t have to rebook each week.

Do you care for cats and other pets?

Absolutely! We care for cats, puppies, senior pets, fish, and select small animals. Each visit is customized based on your pet’s needs and comfort level.

How long are visits and what happens during them?

Accepted Answer

Visit lengths range from 15–30 minutes. During each visit, we focus on your pet’s specific needs, which may include:
Potty breaks or walks
Feeding (not available for express visits) and fresh water
Medication administration (if applicable)
Playtime, enrichment, and cuddles
Litter box or basic cleanup
Home check (lights, doors, packages, etc.)

You’ll receive a detailed visit report with notes and photos after every visit.

Do you offer overnight or all-day pet sitting?

Yes, we offer overnight pet sitting, where a sitter stays in your home overnight to provide companionship, routine care, and peace of mind while you’re away. We do not offer all-day or round-the-clock pet sitting. Our overnight service is designed to be paired with scheduled daytime drop-in visits or walks as needed to ensure your pet’s full care needs are met.

This approach allows pets to maintain their normal routine while ensuring consistent, reliable care without disruption.

Are Meet & Greets required?

Yes, Meet & Greets are an important part of providing safe, personalized care. They allow us to meet your pet, review routines, and ensure everyone is comfortable before services begin.

We offer virtual Meet & Greets for time-sensitive requests or simpler care needs, as well as in-person consultations for homes with more detailed routines or specific concerns.

For private boarding, first-time clients are required to complete a Meet & Greet trial night prior to longer stays to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and able to settle into a new environment. Trial nights are $65 for one pet.

Do you offer holiday care?

Yes! Holiday care is available and fills quickly. Holiday rates apply, and advance booking is strongly encouraged.
Peak Dates listed will have a $10/visit added; Boarding reservations will have a 20% charge per day.

Do you accept same-day booking requests?

Accepted Answer

Same-day single drop-in visit requests are accepted; however, we strongly encourage providing at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice will have a $5 service charge added, and requests made with less than 8 hours’ notice will have a $10 service charge added.

These fees are applied because last-minute requests disrupt daily operations and require immediate coordination to secure staff coverage and reroute existing schedules.

What is your cancellation policy?

To help us plan schedules responsibly and ensure fair compensation for our team, we require the following notice for cancellations:

Single drop-in visits: 24 hours’ notice is required for a full refund.
Staycation or private boarding requests: 1 week’s notice is required for a full refund.
Designated holidays/peak dates: For single drop-in visits, Staycations, or boarding requests scheduled on holidays, 2 weeks’ notice is required for a full refund.

How do payments work?

Invoices are generated through your client portal and payment is required prior to services being rendered. A 50% deposit will be required to secure your reservation. We accept all major payment methods on file for convenience.

How do I book services? (It takes about 30 seconds!)

Once your account is approved, simply log into our secure client portal or mobile app to request services- no phone calls needed.

Choose your preferred dates and times
Submit your request

That’s it! You can also view your upcoming schedule, message our team, review invoices, and receive visit reports with photos, all in one place.

Not tech-savvy? No worries. Our app is very user-friendly, and our team is always happy to guide you if you need a little extra help getting started.

Can I get the same sitter assigned for each visit?

We operate with a team-based care approach rather than assigning just one sitter to a household. This ensures consistent, reliable coverage and allows us to provide uninterrupted care even if a sitter is unavailable due to illness, vacation, or emergencies.

That said, we do our best to keep assignments as consistent as possible, especially for recurring schedules, and our team works from detailed notes in your client profile so your pet’s routine, preferences, and care instructions are always followed.

Our team approach means your pet is never left without care and you can feel confident knowing every sitter who enters your home is trained, informed, and supported by management.
